SatService, in cooperation with their technology partner PikoTV, has successfully completed the RF Headend NMS/MNC monitoring & control project for Turkuvaz Media, one of Turkey’s leading media groups.
At the core of the project was the implementation of a next-generation sat-nms satellite ground segment Monitoring & Control (MNC) system designed and developed by SatService for running at Turkuvaz Media broadcast operations in Istanbul and Ankara. The solution provides centralized, scalable, and reliable monitoring and control of complex satellite ground station and broadcast equipment environments and was specifically tailored to the operational requirements of Turkuvaz Media.

The sat-nms MNC system enables centralized supervision of RF subsystems, modulator, HPA, and RCU equipment through an intuitive graphical user interface. Key features include real-time monitoring, event and alarm management, an integrated event database, and macro management functions that automate operational workflows and enhance overall system reliability.
Together with their partner PikoTV and in close cooperation with the end user SatService has provided a turnkey sat-nms MNC system including system design, configuration, installation and successful field acceptance tests. Along with that the on-site phase included comprehensive training for the operators and system administrators to ensure efficient long-term operation.
PikoTV acted as a key integration and project partner, contributing its extensive broadcast expertise and ensuring seamless integration into the existing infrastructure of Turkuvaz Media.
The completed project enhances operational transparency, reliability, and future scalability of Turkuvaz Media’s broadcast operations and underlines the strong partnership between SatService and PikoTV in delivering next generation broadcast control solutions.
